Salon Policies

The Beauty Bar Swan Hill is a small very busy local business that has limited number of appointments available, the time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. Please only book an appointment if you know you will commit to it!

My goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner, in order to do this I have implemented the following policies


DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.


REMINDER

Multiple reminders are sent out, 48 hours before, 24 hours before & 3 hours before. When you receive your 48 hour before reminder, this is your opportunity to reschedule if you need to at no cost! This minimum cancellation period will give myself a fair opportunity to fill the vacated spot if you have to reschedule your appointment.


CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

No shows will be required to pay 100% appointment price fee (50% deposit + further 50% of remaining appointment price will need to be paid)

Cancellation 24 hours before your appointment will incur in your deposit being forfeited if the appointment cannot be filled at the such short notice, if I do fill it will be carried to your next appointment. (Maximum of 2 reschedules before deposit is forfeited)

On the day cancellation will be charged 100% full appointment price fee if the appointment cannot be filled at such short notice. (50% deposit + further 50% of remaining appointment price will need to be paid)

Last minute cancellations do have an impact on myself and my business. I have found that these policies are the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments.


APPOINTMENT TIME

Your appointment is especially reserved for you. You must arrive 5 minutes early.

If you are running late, please let me know – I will do everything I can to accommodate you, even if it is to minimise the appointment, however, please keep in mind that I may have to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will be classified as a no show and you will need to cover the other 50% remaining cost of the appointment.

SERVICES

If there is a service you no longer need done please let me know at least 48 hours before as I have accommodated that extra time for you. If you show up and tell me you don’t need one of the services done you will still be charged for it. Please understand that doing this is cancelling on the day.

If you do not agree to these terms please no not make a booking. Thank you for your understanding!
