Salon Policies

The Beauty Bar Swan Hill is a small local business that has limited number of appointments available, the time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. Please only book an appointment if you know you will commit to it!

My goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner, in order to do this I have implemented the following policies

REMINDER

You will get a reminder text 48 hours before to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel please do so then at no cost!

This minimum cancellation period will give myself a fair opportunity to fill the vacated spot if you have to cancel your appointment.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

No shows will be required to pay 100% appointment price fee.

Cancellation 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of your appointment price if the appointment cannot be filled at the such short notice. 

On the day cancellation will be charged 100% full appointment price fee if the appointment cannot be filled at such short notice. 

Last minute cancellations do have an impact on myself and my business. I have found that these policies are the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Your appointment is especially reserved for you. You must arrive 5 minutes early.

If you are running late, please let me know – I will do everything I can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that I may have to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will be classified as a no show and will need to pay 100% appointment fee.

If there is a service you no longer need done please let me know at least 48 hours before as I have accommodated that extra time for you. If you show up and tell me you don’t need one of the services done you will still be charged for it.
